a condition or a feeling experience when a person perceives that demands exceed the personal and social resources the individual is able to mobilize. Either a state of mental or emotional strain or stress, and/or any experience that taxes an individuals energy or well-being.

Victoria's health career and passions began here, working long hours and late nights.
